About the Role

As a Solutions Architect, you’ll be the driving force behind the technical design and implementation of the organization’s digital services. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the IT landscape, ensuring that digital innovation aligns seamlessly with stability, scalability, maintainability, standardization, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement technical solutions for a variety of projects, gaining buy-in from stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with platform and product teams, both internal and external, to bring these solutions to life.
• Maintain alignment and integration across the IT landscape, ensuring a clear and cohesive technology roadmap.
• Provide actionable advice on the feasibility, costs, and timelines of technical solutions.
• Develop and implement architecture principles and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.

You will report directly to the Manager Architecture and work closely with a team of dedicated architects to ensure the IT landscape remains future-proof and aligned with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Solutions Architect who thrives in complex environments, is proactive and results-oriented, and has the ability to inspire and guide others.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in a similar role.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of applications and integrations, including how applications are built and enhanced with new features.
• Proficiency in software development processes, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with technical infrastructures, particularly cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with architectural frameworks like TOGAF.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present and share ideas effectively.

Language Skills:

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
