Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop integrations between internal systems and external partners.
- Support and maintain existing integrations and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Work across teams including product owners, data engineers, and process specialists.
- Manage third-party vendors to ensure performance and reliability.
- Coach and mentor colleagues by sharing your knowledge and best practices.
- Translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
- Support broader digital product teams with technical input and improvements.
Education and Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise integration development
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar
- Experience with iPaaS platforms (e.g., Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Informatica)
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTTP(S), Event Streaming
- Familiarity with EDI, JSON, XML, and document transfer protocols
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (AWS or OCI is a plus)
- Analytical mindset, flexibility, and a pragmatic approach to solving problems
- Excellent communication skills in English.
