Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines & ETL processes to support sustainability reporting and investment analysis.
- Act as a technical bridge between sustainability experts, quantitative analysts, and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with DevOps, DataOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure the use of best-in-class tools and technology.
- Implement scalable data architectures that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Continuously innovate and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data engineering.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and knowledge-sharing within the engineering community.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in designing and maintaining data pipelines & ETL workflows.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with automated testing.
- Strong background in relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with integrating 3rd-party APIs and external systems (a plus).
- Familiarity with Airflow, Power BI, Data Lakes, Hive, and NiFi is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
