For one of our state of the art client we are looking for a Tech Lead who will oversee the full development lifecycle of business-critical applications using the OutSystems low-code platform. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the OutSystems development team and actively participate in the application development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Architect and develop scalable, maintainable, and secure applications.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and developers to translate functional requirements into smart digital solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to internal and external OutSystems developers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality standards.
- Continuously optimize application performance.
- Integrate OutSystems applications with third-party systems and APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Keep up to date with the latest OutSystems features and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with internal security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years of OutSystems development.
- Hands-on experience with OutSystems O11 and ODC (ODC is a must have).
- Strong background in creating efficient, maintainable, and scalable OutSystems applications.
- Experience with SQL, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of database architecture and data modeling.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions using the OutSystems platform.
