Your Role

As Manager Data Transformation & Migration, you play a key role in supporting organizations during their business and data transformations. Rapid technological advancements bring new challenges, and your expertise ensures that clients’ data is seamlessly transformed and integrated, laying the foundation for successful projects.

Within our clients Data Migration team, you will lead end-to-end migration projects, including ERP transformations, M&A integrations, and regulatory-driven data migrations. You will contribute to designing and implementing data-driven strategies while collaborating closely with client leadership and multidisciplinary teams.

What You Will Do

• Develop tailored solutions to address data quality and transformation challenges.
• Provide technical leadership to the Data Migration team and clients.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovation in data transformation.
• Manage large-scale projects from design to execution, with data as a critical success factor.
• Mentor and develop junior team members in both technical and professional aspects.
• Work in an international environment, with flexibility to support clients on-site globally.

Your Profile

We are looking for a driven professional who sees beyond technology. You have a strategic mindset and can translate complex data challenges into practical solutions.

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of experience in data migration and transformation projects, with a mix of consultancy and hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and data modeling.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, SQL, Python, and DAX.
• Leadership and coaching skills to elevate your team’s technical capabilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally to support clients on-site.
