You will be part of a multidisciplinary global analytics team, working alongside data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to build robust AI products, test and validate advanced models, and help drive the organization’s digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning solutions to solve complex business challenges.
- Validate and monitor model performance through A/B testing and other evaluation techniques.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and deploy models using Python, SQL, Azure, and Databricks.
- Explore and apply emerging GenAI solutions (e.g., LLMs, RAG, vector search) to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate problems into AI-driven solutions.
- Integrate models and tools into production environments and ensure monitoring and scalability.
- Contribute to the improvement of team best practices in development, versioning, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Coach junior engineers and contribute to a strong culture of learning and innovation.
Profile
We are looking for a pragmatic, hands-on AI Engineer with strong technical skills and an ability to bridge the gap between analytics and business. You are proactive, curious, and always looking to deliver practical, impactful solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or similar (bonus if combined with economics).
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and Databricks.
- Familiarity with DevOps and MLOps practices, including containerization and CI/CD.
- Understanding of API development and data integration tools.
- Experience with GenAI and interest in staying up to date on new trends in AI is a plus.
- Excellent command of English; Dutch is a plus.
