Retention period

NAS RECRUITMENT. uses automated decision-making regarding testing the creditworthiness of our customers. We may conduct an investigation into the creditworthiness before any work is carried out. If there is a negative result from this investigation, we can choose to terminate the agreement. We can also choose, in the event of poor creditworthiness, to carry out work step by step, where payment in advance may be a condition.  

Sharing personal data with third parties 

We only share your personal data with clients and suppliers where we present you as a candidate to help you find a permanent job or temporary project. These clients and suppliers only have access to the data they need resulting from contractual obligations.  

NAS RECRUITMENT. does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
